Instructions

  1. Important Dates:
    • Online Application starts : 03-08-2023 10:00
    • Last Date : 20-08-2023 23:55
    • Interview Dates : 23-08-2023 to 25-08-2023
    • Academic Session Beginning: 18-09-2023
  2. New User
    • Go to "New User" on menu and register
    • Once registered, login to submit application
  3. Registered User
    • Login using your credentials to submit the application.
    • Detailed instructions to fill up the application may be found in the “Instructions” menu
    • You are required upload the following documents (PDF, Maximum size shouldn't be more then 2MB) to complete the submission:
      1. Your educational marksheets and certificates of SSC / X, HSC / XII, Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree, Master degree
    • Qualifying National Exam: Score card / result sheet (PDF, Maximum size shouldn't be more then 1MB) of the qualifying exam (GATE, JEST, CSIR-UGC NET, JAM)
    • Photo: Width between 100-300px and height between 150-450px.
    • Signature:
    • ID proof (Adhaar (preferable) / PAN / Driving license etc.) - PDF, Maximum size shouldn't be more then 1MB
    • Contact information of two references
    • Research Write-up: PDF, Maximum size shouldn't be more then 1MB
    • You may download the submitted application form from the portal using your login.
